2025/26 entry forms
Entry forms for the 2025/26 season are available to download here in either pdf or excel format.
Prospective teams should consult with their home club / club rep when contemplating entry into GB&SA leagues and knockouts.
For team entries, it is the responsibility of the captain to ensure that the form is fully completed and submitted by the CLOSING DATE of 31 July 2025.
Captains - please make sure that you consult your players to capture their individual and pairs entries in the knockouts.
Completed entry forms for teams and individuals must be sent to admin@guernseysnooker.com with payment done through internet banking by 31 July 2025.
